Hayden Falls

Hayden falls are in the suburbs of Columbus, Ohio.  They are located in Griggs Reservoir Park.  It is just a short walk down some stairs and down a boardwalk.  When you get to the end you will see a sign that says no swimming.  But there were tons of people swimming here.  Warning:  We did see a snake and a turtle in the water that day.

The falls are very nice, especially for how easy they are to get to.

Directions to falls:  I-270 take Exit 15 and head east on Tuttle Crossing Blvd. Take a right onto Franz Rd, and then a left onto Hayden Run Rd. The parking area will be on your right.

Chagrin Falls

Chagrin Falls is a nice waterfall in the town of Chagrin, Ohio about 20 miles from Cleveland.

The town is cute with lots of shops.  Stop at the ice cream shop or the local diner.  Everything was delicious.

To find directions for this waterfall just look for directions to Main street, Chagrin, Ohio.  The waterfall is under the bridge on main street.

There is a boardwalk that takes you down to see the falls.

Boyce MaviewPark Waterfalls

Boyce Mayview Park is a local park in Upper St. Clair, Pa.  It has several hiking trails and a few small waterfalls.

We used this map to find the waterfalls:  http://www.twpusc.org/rec/parks/boycemay/trails/map_front.pdf

We parked on the street and walked down to the Morton trail to see Morton Falls.

Then we drove to the little falls trail and tried to see little falls but it had not water, and this was after a huge rain storm.  The trail is super narrow and very muddy.  It was very slippery and somewhat dangerous in parts.

We also took the Woodlands Trail to the biggest waterfall in the park which we just call boyce-mayview falls.

We saw this side falls also
